Shipping & Delivery
At emiliostudios.com, prompt delivery and high customer satisfaction are our top priorities. All orders are dispatched from Stockholm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 13:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery expected the next working day.
- Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on the next weekday.
- We deliver worldwide via PostNord and DHL Express.
Shipping Costs
Shipping prices depend on the country of delivery.
- Sweden and Norway — from 69 SEK/NOK
- Rest of the world — from €20 to €35
Delivery Time
- Sweden & Norway — 1–2 working days via PostNord
- Scandinavia & Europe — 1–2 working days via DHL Express
- Rest of the world — 2–3 working days via DHL Express
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with all details including a tracking number.
Customs & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees, which are paid by the recipient at delivery. Customers are responsible for any such costs when ordering from outside the EU. Countries affected include Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Russia, USA, China, Japan, Australia, and UAE.
Failed Delivery
By placing an order, customers agree to accept delivery of the parcel. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer — such as a wrong address, absent recipient, or refusal to collect — the following applies:
- The parcel will be returned to our Stockholm warehouse at the customer's expense.
- Shipping, duties, and taxes will be deducted from any refund.
- Orders not collected from a service point within 14 days will be returned at the customer's expense.
- A fee of 200 SEK / €20 applies to cover shipping, return, and administration costs.
