SHIPPING & DELIVERY


At emiliostudios.com, prompt delivery and high customer satisfaction are top priorities. Our goal is to provide deliveries of the highest quality and convenience. All orders are dispatched from Stockholm, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 13:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery expected the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on the next weekday.

  • We deliver worldwide via PostNord and DHL Express.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping prices depends on the country of delivery.

- Shipping to Sweden and Norway from 69 SEK/NOK

- Shipping to the rest of the world from €20 to €35

Customs & Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees, which are paid by the recipient at delivery. Customers are responsible for any such costs when ordering from outside the EU.

  • Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Russia, USA, China, Japan, Australia, UAE

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with all details, including a tracking number. You can track your shipment via:

Delivery Time

  • Sweden & Norway : 1–2 working days via PostNord

  • Scandinavia & Europe: 1–2 working days via DHL Express

  • Rest of the world: 2–3 working days via DHL Express


Failed Delivery

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with emiliostudios.com and agree to accept delivery of the parcel.

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., wrong phone number, incorrect address, absent recipient, or refusal to collect the parcel):

  • The parcel will be returned to zanzifashion.com in Stockholm at the customer’s expense.

  • Costs include shipping, duties, and taxes, which will be deducted from any refund.

  • Orders not collected from a service point within 14 days will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • A 200 SEK / €20 fee applies for shipping, return, and administration costs
