Return & Refund Policy
At Émilio, customers always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange. This right applies from the day the customer receives their order and requires contacting our customer service team. When contacting customer service, the customer must provide their name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange. Within 24 hours, we will send an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Once the customer has received return instructions, they are fully responsible for ensuring the product reaches our warehouse. All return costs are paid by the customer, and we strongly recommend using an authorized courier. Returns should be sent to:

All returned items must be in perfect, original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Products with visible damage or defects may be rejected, in which case the item will be returned to the customer.
Exchange
For exchanges, customers must specify the desired size or color for the same model. Only exchanges within the same model are accepted; exchanges for other products in the webshop are not possible. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund
If the return is approved by our customer service team, a refund will be processed once the item has reached our warehouse and passed a thorough quality check. The refund will then be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3–5 business days.
